Salesforce Admin (Mid to Senior Level)

This individual will be responsible for maintaining our existing salesforce instance by supporting break/fix initiatives as well as enhancement/feature requests using industry best practices moving forward. This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work across all departments to define, design, and implement new Salesforce requirements. Areas of focus will be user management, integrations, lightning experience, customization, automation, security, data integrity, process and workflow improvement, dashboards, and creating reports. This individual will also conduct all training and change management for Salesforce.


  • Serve as primary system administrator for the environment
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests and break/fix incidents
  • Work with our management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document business use cases, development requirements, and testing plans


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with custom buildouts and associated access and workflows within Sales & Service Cloud
  • Experience with Lightning
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Pardot would be a plus
  • Experience in integrating DocuSign, and other applications
  • Strong understanding of the platform, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong project management skills and ability to gather requirements, prioritize, and drive projects to completion
  • Strong data management abilities

  • Familiar with SDLC best practices
